KFS 564A
All solid-state, single chip microprocessor controlled with gas discharge display and Electrically Alterable Read Only Memory (EAROM) for power-off frequency storage. Digital Frequency Select V/Off (28V Black)
The KFS 564A is the control/display unit for the KNR 634/KNR 634A nav receivers. The unit provides simultaneous gas-discharge digital display of active and standby frequencies, flip-flop frequency transfer, nine non-volatile, pilot programmable frequency storage and frequency management capability when used with the KNS 660.
A photocell adjusts the brightness of the display, but a display dimmer override also allows you to do it manually. Models are available with a combination of ON/OFF/VOLUME selections, black or gray face plates and Civil or Military operating modes.
